Independent Sales Representative

This is a performance-based, independent contractor role focused on generating new business, meeting with homeowners, and securing contracts for our construction services.

It’s a strong fit for someone who wants control over their schedule, income, and growth—and is willing to put in the work to earn it.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through outreach, referrals, and networking

• Meet with homeowners to assess projects and provide solutions

• Educate clients on services, materials, and project scope

• Assist with insurance claims when applicable

• Present estimates and close deals

• Maintain communication with clients and coordinate with our team

• Manage your own pipeline, follow-ups, and schedule

What We’re Looking For

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Strong communication and people skills

• Comfortable in a commission-based environment

• Coachable and willing to learn

• Organized with good time management

• Professional in appearance and conduct

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
