Our Story
Elite Edge Builders was founded with a clear purpose: to help homeowners bring their vision to life with clarity, craftsmanship, and trust. After years of exploring multiple industries and realizing that connecting with people — not just building things — was what mattered most, I brought that conviction into the construction world. We aren’t here to simply complete projects; we’re here to build relationships rooted in honesty, quality work, and mutual respect.

Meet the People Behind the Work
Chase Kimble
Founder and OwnerChase is the owner of Elite Edge Builders and sets the standard for how every project is approached—honestly, intentionally, and with a focus on doing things the right way.
He’s driven by growth in every area of life, whether that’s in business, leadership, or at home with his family. That mindset carries directly into his work, where he leads by example and expects the same level of care, discipline, and accountability from his team.
Chase works closely with homeowners to make clear, honest recommendations—whether that means repair or full replacement—so people can make informed decisions without pressure.
Outside of work, he prioritizes time with his family and coaches his son’s baseball team, where he focuses on building confidence, discipline, and work ethic. He also trains in Jiu-Jitsu, continuing to develop resilience and composure—qualities that show up in both leadership and problem-solving on the job.
Chase is also involved in his community through leadership groups and creative outlets like music and photography, but at his core, everything comes back to showing up the right way—for his family, his team, and every homeowner he works with.
Ed oversees the day-to-day operations of EEB projects in the field, keeping crews organized, materials where they need to be, and projects moving forward. He also works directly with homeowners throughout the process, helping answer questions and making sure the work on site stays on track.
With an artistic eye and a creative approach to his work, Ed enjoys finding ways to bring his own sense of artistry into the homes and projects he helps create. He believes good work is about more than simply getting the job done—it's about paying attention to the details and taking pride in what you leave behind.
Quiet and thoughtful by nature, Ed is easy to talk to and brings a calm presence to the jobsite. And if you spend enough time around him, you're likely to catch his dry sense of humor, too.
For Ed, every project is an opportunity to combine good craftsmanship, creativity, and practical problem-solving.
Production ManagerEd Scamman
Mike is the Project Manager at Elite Edge Builders and serves as the primary on-site point of contact throughout your project. From the first day of construction to the final walkthrough, he's there to answer questions, provide updates, coordinate the crew, and help ensure everything stays on track.
He believes homeowners should always know what's happening with their project and who they can turn to for honest answers. Mike's focus is on clear communication, thoughtful planning, and making the construction process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Family is at the center of everything Mike does. As a devoted husband and proud father, he strives to build a life rooted in strong values, hard work, and integrity. Those same values shape the way he leads projects and cares for every homeowner he works with.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, caring for their homestead, and hunting. Those experiences continue to reinforce the values of stewardship, self-reliance, gratitude, and perseverance that guide both his personal life and his work.
If you have a question during your project, chances are Mike is the person you'll see on-site. His goal is to make sure you always feel informed, supported, and confident from start to finish.
Project ManagerMike Miller
Aaron brings years of hands-on industry experience and a deep knowledge of building materials to every estimate he prepares. He takes the time to understand each project, collect accurate measurements, and provide homeowners with clear, thoughtful estimates based on what their home actually needs.
What sets Aaron apart is the way he works with people. He has a patient, approachable style and a talent for taking complicated construction details and explaining them in a way that makes sense—even if you have little to no experience with home improvement. He wants homeowners to feel comfortable asking questions and confident in understanding their options before making a decision.
For Aaron, estimating isn't just about numbers. It's about helping homeowners understand the project from the start and knowing they're in good hands.

Lindsey keeps the financial side of Elite Edge Builders organized, accurate, and running smoothly, helping keep things behind the scenes on track so the team can stay focused on building quality projects for our customers.
Detail-oriented and dependable, Lindsey takes pride in being someone the team can count on. But her role with EEB doesn't stop at the books. She also lends a hand on jobs when needed, giving her a firsthand connection to the projects and the people who bring them to life.
Lindsey enjoys being part of a company that values quality workmanship, professionalism, and strong relationships with its customers. Outside of EEB, she's a proud mom of four who enjoys photography, creativity, and spending time with the people she loves.
